After much frustration and waiting, "J" responded to my email with a tracking number for Fedex and followed up with a phone call. She was very nice on the phone, and refunded my shipping fee of $4.99. I received the sheets this afternoon. Glad I finally got it resolved, but I believe my Daily Steals dealings are over with forever. Additionally, my sheets were not 1800 TC as advertised, they are microfiber that "feels" like 1800 TC. I'll just cut my losses.
I placed what I thought was a valid order with this company 29 January 2012, for a set of Christopher Adams Egyptian Comfort 1600 TC Bed sheets. I thought Daily Steals was the name of the company, not a description of it's activities! I waited approximately a week after placing my order (my pay pal payment of $29.98 went through immediately of course) and sent them a message via their website, which apparently is the only way to contact them. I received an email back from "Amy" on the 6th of Feb stating that my order had processed and was shipping out that very day, along with a Fedex tracking number, and requesting I wait 24-48 hours for the tracking info to update. The tracking number supplied gives nothing but an "anticipated" ship date of 03 February(3 days prior to when I contacted them), which has not updated since. I have attempted contact with them 3 times since the 8th, allowing them their 48 hours, and have not gotten a single response in return. I will never do business with this so called establishment again and I would strongly caution anyone else who is considering a purchase from them.

I guess Wednesday is check your email day at Daily Steals. I received 3 separate emails:
One from 15 Feb 2:37pm: "Roland" replies to my email thanking me for contacting them, stating they had contacted the supplier and there was a delay in shipping, and that they would try to get my product to me as soon as possible.
Then at 5:34 pm I get an email from "J," Reputations Manager, attempting to resolve my less than stellar shopping experience(via this website).
Then at 6:43 pm, I get an email from "Francis" stating my product was lost in transit and would reship the following day.
So my item was mysteriously shipped the 6th (tracking number thoughtfully provided), then not shipped due to a delay on the 15th, then lost in transit but will reship on the 16th?
I emailed "J" back this morning and of course, have heard nothing in response.
