This was my initial experience with LensRentals.com, so I had to first jump through the hoops to set up an account. Once that was out of the way, the actual process of selecting and renting the camera lens was very streamlined. We had a glitch when my credit card was refused (my data entry error), and I was notified immediately about the problem and assisted in resolving it. Shipment of my rental was quick, and I had email confirmations at each step along the way. The same was true when I returned the lens. The equipment was beautifully packed to insure safe delivery, and the packaging is reusable for returning the item. The lens performed flawlessly. This may have been my first equipment rental, but it will not be my last. It's a great way to try out new hardware, and LensRentals.com makes it both economical and easy.
