4/5

Alright for all of the TL;DR; people out there:
Expansys customer service rocks. I'd buy from them again.
Now for a more in depth review:
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Nexus GT-i9250 from Expansys. I decided to go through Expansys instead of, for example, Amazon's third party sellers because I knew that this phone was going to be an international phone and I wanted to know that had I any problems with the phone I would have a pleasant experience with customer support. Boy am I thankful I did that.
The phone arrived with the original manufacturer seal broken. Everything was there and new though, so I thought oh well, it was probably opened because of customs. After loading my SIM card and turning the phone on I downloaded and ran the "GN Official Update Checker". My firmware was yakjuxw. Now I was unhappy. I went online to their website to double check what people had said about them, because I could have sworn everyone was getting yakju. First thing I noticed when I landed on their homepage is that the galaxy nexus has dropped in price $100! I wasn't feeling too good right about then. The next day I called customer service for three reasons: I wanted to know why I got yakjuxw, whether or not the manufacturer warranty is honored, and finally if I could get a credit for the recent price drop. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. They understood what I was talking about when I asked them about my yakjuxw version, and even though they could not explain why I received that instead of yakju, they offered to replace my phone with a yakju version (I thought this was very nice, though I declined). They told me that they did honor the warranty, and that all I need to do is send the phone to Expansys when needed and they deal with the manufacturer. Awesome. Finally I asked them about the credit for the recent price drop and they agreed to credit my account for the difference. Even more awesome!
I'm giving a 4/5 for the exemplary customer service, but they lose a point for the rough start.
