I recently purchased my girlfriends engagement ring from bluenile and I am very pleased with my entire experience. I was a bit hesitant to buy such an expensive item off of the internet without actually being able to see it, but I after receiving the item I can say that I am very impressed with both the quality and the price that I paid.

I did an extensive amoutn of research and bluenile had the best prices and also had great customer service. There were other online retailers out there that also offered competative price, but when I starting looking into reviews on their business there were complaints regarding their customer service and order delivery. After calling bluenile and talking to the their customer service staff my worries were immediately put to rest. The customer service agent was not only polite and helpful, but was genuinely just a good person. I could tell right away that Bluenile was just trying to make a quick dollar by selling you a budget ring. I could tell they valued my complete satisfaction and would do whatever they needed ensure that I was pleased with my product.

As I said, I was a pretty skeptical about purchasing expensive jewelry from an online jeweler, but now I am completely sold on Bluenile. I will purchase from them again and will reccommend them to all of my friends.
