AutoShepherd is the Nordstrom of autoparts! From the minute I contacted AutoShepherd to order parts for my little Suzuki I knew it was going to be a great experience. Their customer service folks are more than accommodating and make sure this shopping experience is going to the be best by far...and they did not fail to deliver! My parts were delivered at the speed of light. I had to return one piece as it did not fit and gthe AutoShepherd rep could not have been nicer. They made the return smooth and easy and replacement for the part is on it's way. What a value in all ways! No need to go anywhere else. Can I add more than 5 stars??

This is the first order I have placed with ValoreBooks and as a first impression I am very happy. I received the book today in a timely manner, it is brand new, just as described, and the price was excellent. I belong to a book club of 24 people and will make sure they are all aware of ValoreBooks for our future readings. I know I'll be a return customer. Thank you again. - Sandi Hampton
