I have never had a worse experience with an on-line retailer. My order seemed to go through okay, but after 5 days of it being "In Process" when it was supposed to take only 2 days, I started trying to contact CellHut to see what the problem was. I emailed and got no response. I tried calling the customer service number on their website (not a toll-free number) 4 times over 2 days. After 30 minutes of hearing someone would be with me "shortly", I hung up. The fifth time I called I finally got a person who informed me that the phone was not actually in stock and that I had been sent an email to that effect. No such email was ever sent (I even checked my spam folder). At that point, I knew I wasn't going to get the phone in time and had no confidence that I would ever get a person on the phone again so I cancelled the order. I will give them credit that they did quickly send me an email verifying the cancellation. I then turned to N1 Wireless and that was a great experience. As promised by the pleasant customer service rep, I received the phone 2 days later.
