here is one more mail ur customer care agent ruby says writing quotation mark as symbol and writing it as spelled is same when u write an address please read the below email either she is try to make me mad else she is mad. can u please give me address of ur higher management to escalate this came please

as u say i have to pay for the reshipment if its my problem and if it is my mistake in giving you wrong address what about if u had written wrong address on the parcel who has to pay for it me or linkdelight your customer care agent ruby admits that it was ur postal system generated error while writing my address label and nobody cross checked it was it printed right or wrong i have pasted the email of ur agent written to me please go through it i have deleted my address from this email i dont want to put it public however you can check the email at your office it will be by address saleemsadique@yahoo.com and mohammed.shaikh@samba.com

it was urside mistake printing wrong address however i paid reshipment charges do u admit for this. and more over in all my conversation she never mentioned that my parcel was split into two i asked her tracking number once i paid my amount for items she gave me one number and as i dint received my parcel in time we had many correspondence but she never mentioned me about my parcel split when i wrote to her you sent me wrong parcel they she cooked a story my parcel is splited. just go through the email we both had corresponded. or please escalate this case to the higher management and let me speak to them is it my fault or linkdelight's cuastomer care's fault.
hope you understand me what i'm trying to say, its been 4 months and i have not received my items. put ur self into my shoes and try to understand my situation.

this is a fraud company please dont buy anything from them these linkdelight is a fake company please dont buy anything from them i lost my lost of money they dont send proper items to u i had ordered my items past 4 months back and i got it yesterday that too wrong parcel. they pasted wrong address on parcel which was sent to india for me then i paid them resending shipment charges which i suppose not to pay coz it was not my mistake it was their mistake coz they pasted wrong address on the parcel thank god i it went back or else my family would have excepted wrong parcel thinking that what i had ordered. they have send me two batteries which i had not ordered at all, my order was LCD Battery Grip for Canon 7D w/2xLP-E6 w/Hood Screen Protector

they forced me to pay re-sending shipment charges i paid and got wrong parcel this was same parcel they sent to india with wrong address pasted on it by linkdelight. this was not my mistake i had given right address. if linkdelight writes wrong address its not my problem why should i pay extra shipment charges over that i dont got my original items i had ordered i have posted all pic of my wrong parcel sent to me on facebook on linkdelight wall please have a look http://www.facebook.com/linkdelightcom?sk=wall when i asked them where is my parcel what is the status of it they said its still with indian postal service you pay us resending shipment amount and we will send you fresh items i paid and got the same parcel which went to india for me however it was wrong parcel which i got it on my new address both the address formally given and the new address on on the parcel. i advice all of u please dont buy anything from this company
