“We are sorry you were unhappy with your order on this occasion. I have checked our system and I can not find any communication from you stating there was a problem with your order. Obviously if we knew you had a problem we would have done everything we could to rectify the issue with your cream. In regards to the postage of your order we posted it out recorded delivery due to the substantial value of your purchase; we do this for two reasons; to ensure your item is adequately insured through the Royal Mail system and to enable us to track your order from dispatch to delivery. We are sorry you feel that our service was not up to scratch on this occasion and we look forward to your custom in the future.”
