The order was then shipped incorrectly and incompletely. I emailed 3 times and called customer service (Cathy or Kathy) 3 times and each time I was told the order was to be shipped and that I would receive an email confirmation. So far nothing. Now, not only have I not received my complete and correct order but I have to file a dispute with my credit card company.
