We ordered tile on 8/6/11, paid in full on our credit card. Three weeks later, we received a notice that they couldn't get our tile, and a refund would be processed. About four days later (9/2) we got a notice saying our refund was processed for the full amount. Today (9/7) we were informed by tonger.com to dispute the charge directly with our credit card company and their excuse "per our credit card merchant company, you will need to dispute the charge through the bank to receive the credit." because they are not processing credits.

These people are unreliable. Stay away!
