Very Good--did exactly as they said. I had a GE electric range delivered to my home in South East Michigan on January 2, 2012; it came via a delivery from Cleveland OH. They said it would be a week to 10 days and it was 10 days. The delivery company called the evening before with a 4-hour window, and called 30-minutes before arrival as I was told. The delivery guys were very respectful and brought it into the house, removed the packaging, and allowed me to look it over before signing for the shipment. The extended warranty came separately 1-week after the appliance was delivered.
I think their poor ratings for shipping is largely due to impatient people that expect it over night or in a day or two, and can also be attributed to the "I gotta have it now" mentality of today's culture. If you have to have a large appliance now, go the store and buy it and take it home yourself.
It is a NY company and (trying not to be bias of New Yorkers) the customer service folks aren't overly friendly and rather stand off-ish. But the two women I had to talk with for follow up did answer my questions and provided the follow up I needed. I wasn't calling my best friend to chat, so expecting a cheery person on the other end isn't necessarily a requirement I guess, and may just be someones nature or the general area.
Sorry for the added psycho-babble but overall you'll get the product you want and the best price.
