WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Placed order and never got a shipping notification. Emailed them after a week of no contact and they tell me it's BACK-ORDERED, I had to contact them to find out it's back-ordered?!! Then, I get an email the next day saying it's been shipped and a tracking number was included. Another week goes by and no packageM so I check the tracking info and it was a completely different person's order shipped to a whole other state! And if that wasn't bad enough, the customer service agent got loud and rude with me when I clearly explained how poor their service had been. Bottomline, NEVER AGAIN...THEY JUST PERMANENTLY LOST A CUSTOMER.
