Newegg was very helpful in expediting a speedy turn around by swift return authorization, quick receiving the returned CPU, and quick posting of store credit within a couple of days. I then ordered the correct CPU and received it in just two days. The entire turn around only took 7 days. I was very impressed with Liz and Newegg in helping me make my error work out with minimum impact to my timeline. All the products work great and excellent service!
