Bad experience order with these people. Ordered on December 6, and sent many emails to them that if you can't deliver on December 22, please do not ship. Since there will be no one to pick up the package. No one reply. keep emailing but still no one reply.
1 week later make a phone called. Lady pick up the phone and I was asking for my order. She said still waiting for some more to come, so I told her that I want to cancel my order. She acknowledge and I hung up the phone. A week later I found out they charged on my credit card and said that they shipped out my order.
Nobody to pick up the package and until now nothing arrive. Never ever order with them again. Very bad communication. Sent many emailed never get any reply back. Beware...

Got contacted from Chris the owner of PT to solve all the problems i had. It was so nice of him to take care all the issue and give back $20 coupon for recent order. Thanks Chris.
