Purchased a Kicker amp at a GREAT deal. However, when the amp came in, it didn't really look new. It was installed, but turned out to be faulty. I emailed support, and never got an answer. After a week of waiting, I called to get an RMA. They received it, and about a week and a half later I emailed them to find out the status of the RMA. A week later (about 20 days since they received the amp) I got an email saying it was out of stock and I'd be refunded. Great prices, sure. Used products? Maybe. Timely responses? Not at all, provided you get one.
