I had read some negative reviews about this company, but decided to purchase from them anyway. I have traveled to many places where people have given horrible reviews and they have been totally great to me so. Anyway back to eyeglasses4all. I received an e-mail stating it would take 2 weeks till shipping. No problem at this point. Not a week later glasses were in and they were on there way. About 5 days later I get a message from USPS that the glasses had been mis-sent, but the error was corrected. So I give another 5 days and no eyeglasses. By this time I e-mail eyeglasses4all customer service. Which I was very please because everyone of my e-mails was answered by their customer service within the next day. Chloe, one of the cust serv agent assured me that she had contacted USPS personally to find my glasses. She told me if I didn't see a change, within 3 days, in my USPS tracking page to let her know. Well by the 2nd day I didn't see any movement so I sent her an e-mail telling her I couldn't wait anymore and that I would start proceedings for a refund. She was very sorry and understood and said she would help me as soon as she located the package. I received the glasses that afternoon. I was very happy and so was my son. The glasses were for him. I guess USPS doesn't update their tracking page like they should. Anyway I got my glasses they are perfect. The prescription was right on and their cust serv was on it. Thank you!
