My credit card was charged that same day, but the order was not shipped and the firm would not respond to repeated voice mail messages and e-mails. Their site said to expect shipment in 12 working days. My previous two orders back in 2007 and before arrived with no problems. I had no alternative but to have my credit card charge back the order amount.
