I had ordered a cable to connect my gps to my car lighter plug from another supplier. I was assured it was the correct item but it was not. I phoned J&R and first got the Cable 101 course. I needed a power cable--the charging cable I got elsewhere was nearly useless. The person on the phone put me right and in a few days my gps was working again. <br><br>You can order from a robot or someone barely conversant with tech, or you can order from J&R. As I have learned you might save a buck with others but you will pay it back many time in flimisy or incorrect goods.
