Active musician had a mixer pac that at the time was a good deal, so I ordered, then found I could get the exact same service from another site for 25% less, I spok and they dropped their price 12%, ok kool, for me as I don't have to delay shipping. This company has been a nightmare. It took till the 13 to process, however I was sent tracking numbers on the 12th, then was told another 2-3 days for shipping. This is ridiculus, I have gone through many orders online and 2 days max to process. Numerous calls were placed so as to ensure product delivery by the 15th, and all was assured to be delivered. Because I needed for a gig on the 16th and 17th. however it is the 15th now and delivery is scheduled for the 18th. Also, we have a signature required mandated by the sender, and no way of changing address,problem now is having a person here to sign somewhere in a 24 hr period of time. I got tracking numbers on the 12th, ups had no record of till the 14th, when actually shipped. This all for keeping a sale, instead of being honest and explaining the problem, in fear of me buying from someone else. Please all Active musician is not a place to purchase things from, I will definetely not deal with them again, and hope no one else falls into their trap.
