“As I stated to Roger3, there was a Paypal issue with his order. Once Roger3 contacted us about his missing order, I responsed immediately. We shipped his product out that day and he received it the following day. I accepted full responsibility for the issue and extended my apology to Roger3. Unfortunately, there are occasions when an order doesn't go as planned. Our position is to accept responsibility, correct the error immediately, and issued an apology.”
