I ordered a part out of Rock Auto.com from Rock Auto, LLC and it was the wrong part. When I called, they blamed me for the wrong order and the information they provided for the return of the wrong part they sent me, stated, I know did not want the order.
Further more, I had to send the heavy part back at my own expense, which was a lot and told I would be reimbursed when the part arrived back to them in about 1-5 days.
In all they blamed me for ordering from their faulty website and have cost me money and time dearly. Don't bother to ask to speak to the manager, because they make excuses for the manager before making you hold forever, nice corporate tactic.
It will be my last order from Rock Auto. Com and Rock Auto, LLC.
Do yourself a favor and buy your parts at the local auto parts store like Auto Zone, O"Reilly's, etc. At least there, you can exchange and save yourself some time and lots of money when they give you the wrong part.
