Cellhut: one good purchase, one ugly fraud. GOOD: Ordered an unlocked HTC Hero (says innovation on the side, but looks like what I ordered) April 2010. Auto purchase confirmation email worked, got a good in the box phone in a few weeks. I'm still using it. UGLY: Dec 2010, Ordered an unlocked Blackberry Curve 9300. Same good auto confirmation, phone arrived without much delay. What I got was a T-mobile branded phone which was functionally unlocked but still had T-mobile splash screen and embedded T-mobile functions that caused errors and extra charges on my AT&T SIM. Hours of unanswered customer service call attempts and several unanswered emails later, I managed on my own to find a fix for the errors by disabling some features, so I gave up the fight. A year later the phone seems to have locked and no dealer will touch it. I have personally seen no evidence of any customer service. You could be lucky and get what you want, but you could get ripped off with no recourse. The latter cancels out the former. Shop elsewhere.
