Stay away from Sierra Trading post and find other vendors.
Their products are frequently sized incorrectly (usually UNDERSIZED, thats why they sell them at a discount) and when you return Brand New products in their original packaging after you try them on, they not only do NOT refund the shipping, but you have to pay for sending it back. WHAT A RIP-OFF, find other merchantes like Zappos or Amazon who actually stand behind their products, even if sized correctly, certainly bending over backwards when sized incorrectly.

Great website, terrific customer service terms. Website has accorate and detailed product info, they let you try the product and return it with no restocking fees, shipping free - what else would you want from a web merchant???
