“I finally received my purchase! Unfortunately one of the items was broken during shipment. The packaging was a burlap like material sack with a lot of tape around it. ”

We are sorry to hear about the broken items. I am afraid it could be damaged in transit, especially during long distance delivery. We have reported this to our warehouse department for future improvement in packing the item.

Would you please take a picture of the broken item? We need it for record purposes and also to avoid the necessity of returning it for inspection. Hope you can understand. You can rest assured that we will investigate this issue and a replacement will be sent to you immediately once we confirm the case.
