I was shopping for a Gretsch Rancher guitar, Model G5022CE, and found it at J&R. Their price was the same as other online retailers, but J&R had it in stock (the others did not). I initially called J&R to verify that it was, in fact, in stock and was going to order it online. However, the young man who verified that they had it offered to take my order if I preferred. He was very polite, professional and prompt in processing my order. He answered all my questions and was enjoyable to deal with. My order was received in good condition and a few days earlier than I had expected. If I was ordering something again, I would certainly consider J&R and could recommend them to others.
