I just had the same experience as many on here. I actually ordered from bikeshopliquidators.com which is the same guy, so avoid both sites. I ordered on a Monday evening. 2 business days later on Wednesday I emailed asking for a status, no reply. 3rd business day, email again, no reply again. 4th business day, Friday, email again, get a reply on Saturday morning that I need to wait 3 business days for them to process my order and that it has been sent to the mfr and that it should be shipped Mon or Tues. I reply immediately and explain that it's already been 4 business days, of course no reply. Monday comes and goes. Monday night I email again. Tuesday morning (today) I get an email saying my money has been refunded. That's all, no explanation, no apology, nothing. The reason they entered in the PayPal refund was "out of stock". At least I got my money back. Don't forget bikesomewhere.com = bikeshopliquidators.com. Always do a whois lookup to make sure you're not buying from the same person with multiple domain names. And if you see "3 business days to process order" run don't walk to another website. Any good online business processes and ships same day they receive your order.
