Very negative experience. Ordered MacBook Pro overnight shipping. They immediately billed credit card for MacBook Pro and shipping. Then at 10:05 PM sent an e-mail wanting to "verify" the order. The verification department was closed until the next day-the day the computer was supposed to arrive. Second time they have played this game, and it will be the last.
Had to have computer that day so I went to Apple store which cost more money. I cancelled the order and received an e-mail of the cancellation. A week later and the charge still sits on the credit card, so it must be contested.
The representative stated that MacMall is the Internet site with the most fraud activity so they verify all orders over $500. It doesn't sound correct, and quite frankly not my problem. The modest difference in price isn't worth the hassles.
