I got a phone call to review my order and the salesman said the battery it came with only lasted 30 minutes, so I bought a longer life battery which is supposed to last 10 hours. The camera and extended battery came to $249.94. But then he told me my total would be $264.93. I was confused about the extra $14.99 which was for handling and insurance. I complained about the charges not showing up on my account page that day. But since then I have received two e-mails and two phone calls to try to satisfy my complaint. That beats all customer service I have experienced on any internet shopping site. Thanks Ajrichies for caring about your customers.
