Placed an order of HSI IceQ3 Radeon X1900XT graphic card on 2nd of June, 2006.
Received an email about unable to verify shipping address on the same day.
I called my credit card company around weekend to added a authorized alternate shipping address.
Recevied an email on Monday, 5th June that Monarch successfully processed the order and the order is transferred to warehouse for packing/shipping.
Waited till today, Friday, 9th June, NO shipping information received. Called Monarch twice today afternoon, all told me that the item is ready for shipping and I should receive a Fedex tracking number later during night.
Just received shipping information on Friday after I wrote this review. Monarch upgraded the shipping from Fedex Ground to Fedex 2 Day which isn't any faster if you count in the LONG processing time.
