These guys are great. Excellent customer service. I spent a great deal of time with Sean, and he was very helpful in making my decision for the W3J.
We ran into problems with billing and my credit card, I wanted to use one that they didn't accept through the website, but the went the extra steps to help me purchase the laptop. They tried everything they could to help me use a credit card they don't usually accept, and when that did not work out, they were very flexible with my payment, and even rushed the order out that day to make sure I would get the machine before I had to leave for a business trip a few days later. And when it arrived, and the screen didn't work, they helped walk me through resolving the problem quickly. Rather than telling me to send it back to them, or to contact the manufacturer, they knew the machine very well, and Sean was able to diagnose the problem, and walked me through reseating the graphics card, so instead of waiting to send the machine back in and have it looked at, I was able to start using it right away! They went the distance to accommodate me. I would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a laptop!
