I recently purchased an "OEM" Blu-ray burner/multi drive as compared to "retail". Sometimes OEM comes with cables, software, etc, and sometimes not. I contacted Newegg support and had the matter clarified, customer service contacted the product manager, and when my drive arrived, it was compete and inclusive. Could I have gotten by without the SATA cable? Sure, but when it's advertised as included, ones expects it, and that's where Newegg sets itself apart. They support their products and do so in a timely and professional manner. Even when they charge a little more, I use them for myself and my company. They deliver products, not surprises.
