They canceled my order without telling me. I spent an hour on the phone with them two days later, and they finally agreed to ship it out from a Houston store using overnight shipping...two days later, after no book, they tell me they ordered it using standard shipping. When I tried to get them to upgrade it again to next day, they tell me the book is not in stock, and canceled my second order. Customer service is horrible.
