Many items are covered strictly by Manufacturer\u0027s Warranty which means you can not return the item for a refund. I received an item that I could not get to work either because it was DOA or there was a compatibility issue. I had to return the item to the manufacturer at my expense and so far have no resolution. I have no product and my wallet is fifty bucks lighter! Because of this latest experience I most likely will avoid Provantage for future purchases.
