Excellent feedback from Kittery acknowledging order and providing shipping tracking number. Very fast shipping. Item was well boxed and packed; arrived as advertised and in perfect condition. Purchased a Garmin Oregon 450 GPS from gpscity.com. My first experience with this company. Price for the GPS was best online or in stores I checked; excellent price, way below closest competition. Online order process was fast, easy and secure, with immediate email order confirmation and followup shipping notification with a tracking number. The GPS arrived three days after placing the order, new as described and in good condition. Overall, an excellent transaction. I highly recommend this vendor, and will be a repeat customer.

I ordered a Garmin GPS from Crutchfield, and decided to change the order to switch to a different Garmin model later in the day. Crutchfield handled my request promptly with no problem. The GPS arrived two days later; well packed; very fast shipping. The price was competitive. Overall, a very satisfying buying experience. This is my second purchase from Crutchfield. I bought a 46-inch HDTV from them several years ago, and that was also a good experience. I highly recommend Crutchfield.

Excellent customer service (based on my daughter's experience when she bought a HDTV from Vann's.). Competitive prices for a first class company, and sometimes great prices on specials. Superb reputation; all review sites I check rank Vann's very highly. User friendly Internet site. Good selection of products. I feel completely safe and confident ordering from Vann's.

Cabela's is a good, solid, reputable business. I have ordered online many times from them, plus have made numerous visits to their big Dundee store. Always a good experience.

I highly recommend Amazon.com. I've been doing business with them for years. You do have to be careful to check that their prices are the lowest, which they often (but not always) are. Overall, I find Amazon.com to be an excellent vendor. Of the hundreds of purchases I've made, I have never had a problem. A+.

Purchased Bstock (refurbished) Sennheiser RS110 wireless headphones on March 1. Order arrived via USPO March 12. Total price (listed price $22.98 plus S&H) of headphones was 36.57. This price was the lowest I could find. The headphones are like new. The order processing was smooth. Overall, satisfied and based on this purchase, I recommend DAKmart as a good, reliable vendor.

On Dec 4, 2009, I ordered a pair of Muck boots from Hanksclothing.com. My first Mucks, and first dealing with Hanks. I rate both excellent. Hanks price was fair and competitive. The online ordering process was easy. Delivery by UPS was prepaid by Hanks at no cost to me, and shipping was immediate. (Ordered Friday, received Tuesday morning.) The boots were clearly brand new, factory fresh, and the shipment was double boxed. Based on this good experience, I highly recommend Hanks Clothing. UPDATE: Oct 14, 2010 - Just ordered second pair of Muck boots from Hanks Clothing. Just like last year, All was fine. Hanks' price was best I could find, and the boots were received in perfect brand new condition; shipping was very fast (two days from order to arrival via UPS ground)and packing - double boxed - excellent. Great store. Great boots.

I made a thorough search of internet stores, and found that this store had the lowest price for a Channel Master 7777 preamplifier, which I ordered via their a1components.com site. The shipping charge was competitive. The item was well packed, and delivery via UPS was very quick. Overall, the transaction was very satisfactory.

Very good experience with Dish Depot on my first order with them. I ordered a Dish DtvPal DVR via DishDepot.com. Delivery was a bit slower than expected, but these DVR's seem to be in high demand which likely explains the minor delays. The DVR arrived in the original factory box, but unfortunately did not work - no fault of DishDepot. I immediately contacted them, and received prompt and courteous assistance in trying to resolve the technical problem. When it could not be resolved, DishDepot immediately offered to replace the defective DVR with another new one, and arranged for free UPS shipping for both the replacement unit and the return unit, including a prepaid UPS return label with the new DVR. They shipped the new unit without requiring that I return the defective unit first. All I had to do was exchange boxes with the UPS driver when the replacement DVR arrived. This was exceptionally good customer service. The new replacement unit works fine. Overall, a very good vendor experience. Based on this experience, I highly recommend DishDepot, and am pleased with the Dish DTVPal DVR.
