I've never dealt with Dealextreme before, but they had a good price on a light I was interested in. I ordered it on November 30th, and as of today, it has yet to even ship. Perhaps I've been spoiled by Amazon.com and their fast processing, but 9 days merely to ship out my order is unacceptable. Even when I ordered a book from a small, independent Amazon seller, it was shipped out within 2 days.
If the item is out of stock, tell your customers this! If it is back-ordered, tell your customers! I would not have ordered the product if that was the case, but now I simply have no information.
If it doesn't ship within the next day or two, sadly I'm going to have to cancel my order and buy it for more off of eBay; at least then I know someone will actually ship it to me and not sit on my money for over a week. This was my first time shopping at Dealextreme; if this is the way they normally do business, it will be my last.
