I purchased the DSC Alexor KIT495-12CP01
with the IP BAT Broadband Alarm Transmitter.
Ran into a couple problems with the install but
the Technical support, Jon Boroughs , was extremely
quick to respond and got me up and going in no time.
I love this unit and would Highly Recommend!!! Can't wait to buy more accessories.

I ordered a camera labeled as DSC-W55 from this company. THey sent me the wrong camera. They sent me DSC-W150. They refuse to resolve this issue. To make matters worse I have ordered 4 other cameras in seperate orders and same thing.
Their response is items are AS-IS. That should be void when they send you the wrong item. This is fraud in my opinion, and i am very unhappy.
