This company is. more than likely, a total scam. I have tried for more than a year to get a refund on a coffee maker that I "purchased" from them and never received. I cancelled my order and demanded a refund for the purchase price of $61.30. It''s been almost a year, and my refund has never come. I'm finally, approaching my credit card company for help. I wonder if a group of folks, like us, who've had similar experience with this "company" (MetroMarket iKitchen.com) could get anywhere with IC3. Has anyone, out there, ever considered this? Thanks for reading on - my advice to everyone is to, promptly, use your trigger finger and click away from their website!
