I was EXTREMELY impressed by the speed with which Beach Camera shipped my order (same day, actually)! When USPS first missent my package to the wrong city and then later listed the same item as already having been delivered to me (not true), I contacted Beach Camera to see if they could check to see where the package had actually gone. I received a quick and thorough communication with a gracious offer to help and "make everything right".
When my order did arrive the next day, the contents were undisturbed, and everything worked as described. We still
have no idea where the package was throughout the day and night it was missing or why it had originally been sent to a distant town. The item had been addressed clearly and completely. And, in the end, my order still arrived one day before the earliest estimated delivery dates.
I hope that USPS doesn't "mess up" Beach Camera's shipments too often. This company does everything well. I thank them for their good values, speedy shipping, prompt responses, and willingness to help. It's too bad that they don't have a location out here where I live, but at least I know I can reach them via their Amazon shop and through their company website, as well. I heartily recommend Beach Camera!
