I sent an email for the cancellation as the order was placed on a Sunday. J&J ended up shipping the order by COB the next day and since then I have had a difficult time explaining to them that the order they sent should not have been sent. They claim that this is one of the products that cannot be returned, that they called me \u0027but I hung up\u0027...and all possible excuses to steer me away from the refund. Samsung needs to provide a better customer experience.
