I order scotch for my Father in law and wine for my mother in law to be sent gift wrapped and with a gift message to Florida. They did receive these, but they were just thrown in a box with no gift wrap or message. I called them and they said they would issue me a credit. They did, but a crdit for only $15.00. I would have rather that they reshipped another shipment at their cost the way it was ordered and just suck it up. I vould have bought this myself for 1/2 the cost, wrapped it and shipped it cheaper than it costed through them. I was paying for the conveience. Anyway, I will not do business with them again, and advise against using this company.
