As you can read from all the other reviews, Dell customer service is HORRIBLE! Bought a brand new laptop a few months ago and then determine that only 1 of the 3 USB prots are functioning. It took 5 separate calls to Dell with each call lasting at least 1 hour to finally get the problem resolved. The initial resolution attempt resulted in getting my laptop back that would not boot up. Dell sent a new hard disk and once reconfigured we found out the USB ports still did not work. Finally demanded to have a technician come to my house who corrected the problem within 1/2 hour. I will never buy from Dell again. What a shame because they used to be the best!
