I have delt with B&H Photo-Video-Pro Audio for now on about 5 years, both on a professional and personal level and I can attest to the fct that there are none who can exceed and few who equal this company's standards of business ethics and practices.

There will always be people who can't be pleased and can find something wrong with anyone or anything, but it's my professional and personal opinion that this company has some of the highest standards of professional customer service in the market place today.

My office spends litterly thousands and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on photo, audio and video equipment. B&H is at the top of our list when considering vendors to meet and supply our needs. It would only make sense to me that I should look to B&H for my personal needs as well. They're simply a great company to do business with and their customer service is beyond compair.

I recently purchased a 750MB ZIP Drive from Next Hardware Shop sometime in March I'm not exactly sure of the day. Here it is 2 May and I still haven't received the order. The money has been taken from my checking account, but no ZIP Drive. I try to track the order using the provided order tracking system on the webpage, but it keeps telling me that my order is being processed and to allow so many business days for processing. I've tried to call the company and just get the run abound from the computer answering machine. I'm still trying to make contact with them by phone. I've tried 4 times emailing them at sales@nexthardware.com and all I've ever received is an auto responder reply saying that someone will contact me. Never happens. If this is how this company is going to conduct it's business I do not recommend that you purchase from Next Hardware Shop.com.
