One of the most frustrating buying experiences I have had in a long time. Tony was a total jerk from the get-go. His 'Brooklyn' was showing almost from the start of the call. I am from the South and just not use to having someone be so belligerent and in your face. After all, I am the customer and I really expect the merchant to be a little more respectful. The order did not process because UPS would not deliver to my address as I listed it as a business (which it is) and its also my home. I understand and accepted that after we got UPS on the phone and they explained their recently changed policy regarding the same. But what really gets me is Crispdeal.com had already charge my credit card and had not even process the product as a result of UPS rejecting the shipping address as a business. The entire agrument was over $2 more in shipping fees. Then I find out, Crispdeals.com was even sold out of the product, yet they had already process payment on my credit card. They did ( I think) issue a refund, but in the mean time, I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the refund to post back to my account. All I can say is “BUYERS BE-WARE”. If there is a problem with the order, you will have to deal with TONY and it want be pleasant I can promise you, I personally will not ever use them again.
“Shipping addresses must be classified as a Residential Address if you are shipping from a home or a business operating out of a home that does not have an entrance open to the public. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery service. Orders may experience minor delays when wrong info is provided.”
