my order was quickly recieved, I confirmed by calling the # and was met with a friendly and courteous voice offering a followup callback in 30 mins .when the call came in the girl informed me that my order is being processed and I would recieve a tracking # soon , I tracked my package and waited for it to arrive.as it did, minde you it took a few days to get here but that's the way it is with FREE SHIPPING.
My item is a new or refubrished Dell motherboard I can't tell the difference and it seems to be working just fine.and YES I would consider using these guys and girls again as the price was right and the people were nice and the service was good
