When I recieved the order the case was missing so I contacted customer service and they sent out the case the same day. However when I recieved the case the duel-T head adapter plate and the tightening ring was missing. Again I called customer service and they agreed to send the additional items out. If I had recieved the installation instructions with the illustrated part breakdown in the first shipment instead of the second order a third request would not have been required.
