I can't say enough about the service provided by Milliamp. Having to send off my iPod Touch for a new battery was an anxious undertaking. Particularly after calling Apple twice for assistance and both times getting perfunctory assistance and advice. Apple, of course, wants to sell new devices not prolong the life of an old one. Can't blame them. But, I was disheartened by their attitude so I started looking around and was fortunate to find Milliamp. After speaking with a couple of their service reps I was reassured by the considerable time they took to answer all my initial questions and the sincere, patient manner of their responses. They explained each step of the process and the guarantees provided (10 yrs on the battery). They wanted my business. Everything went exactly as represented, except, it took less time than they estimated. When does that happen? Another reassuring and unexpected service was their detailed email progress updates at each step. Everything validated the trust I placed in them.
I unequivocally recommend Milliamp! Call them and see for yourself.
