I purchased some dental floss this site because the price seemed good. They canceled my order without any reason several days later. Service like this is not acceptable. They couldn't fulfill an order for DENTAL FLOSS!!! Come on! There was no customer service what so ever. Don't rely on this company of anything if they can't even ship a few packs of floss.

Bought a replacement camera for my wife. She lost the last one I bought her last Christmas while we were on vacation. Great price not he item and the shipping was super fast. Thanks

I bought some clearance pants for work. I didn't expect much from them but they weren't too bad. Shipping was fast. Not too bad a deal.

I placed an order for some holiday gifts for my two daughters and my nephew. Order went through and I thought all was well. I get an email several days later that the order was cancelled because the items were out of stock. How in this day and age can that happen? With computers tracking everything how could they allow my order to go through and then not have it? Customer service was less then helpful

I placed a large order on Black Friday and today, 12/7, still do not have my entire order. I like Kohl's, I really do. But if you need something timely(thankfully I didn't) then pony up for the express shipping. It is just frustrating to get these things a piece at a time.

Cardpool is awesome. I have purchased many gift cards from them and everything was great. I did purchase a gift card that had no value when I checked it's balance. The quickly refunded my money and gave me a credit. If you know you will be purchasing something you would be foolish not to see if Cardpool has the gift card you need to offset the price. Can't say enough good things about it.

I purchased the hp touchpad from onSale through Amazon. They over sold the unit(how can that happen with technology these days??) and ten cancelled my order. If I had known they didn't have it I would have ordered somewhere else. Now it is not available anywhere.
