I ordered tires and pedals back on May 26th. It just arrived.
One day prior to actually receiving product I received a bill from DHL. The invoice says that I was responsible for shipping duty taxes and tariffs. This is not what is on their website for from their sales representatives.
I have not received a response back from customer service. It has been quite apparent that my future concerns are low on the priority scale.
Something to think about, add the tariffs and duty taxes; and, add to the cost the product, and now it is more expensive than the USA stores.
PROS:
Prices. Good (If in stock)
CONS:
Communication. Very poor
On time delivery Very poor
Shipping: Very poor (DHL charged tariffs and duty taxes back to customer)
Customer service: Very poor (not responsive)
UPDATE: So after posting this, someone finally wrote me an email. So a total of 6 days to get a response. However, in the end, still no help. So fair warning, there is an obscure section on their website that speaks about how outside of Europe you are responsible for duty taxes and tariffs. So after no help and delayed customer service response I will no longer work with Wiggle.
This could be as much as 15% of your cost. of product.
Wiggle, a word of advice from a former customer, place a warning prior to the final check out about the duties and tariffs.
