When I recieved my PSU it did not work, so I called FrozenCPU and they simply told me to send it back and they will have a new one out once they recived the old one. My PSU was no longer in stock, so they simply gave me Store Credit. Even tho I don\u0027t have my PSU yet, I know its not FrozenCPU\u0027s fault and I am very pleased with their customer service and how they handled the problem! They are fast and very nice.
