I ordered a new system for college from these guys, for work and for play. I ordered it in May, and waited and waited, and finally in June, I got the shipping confirmation email. It turned out, because I had ordered a brand new processor that wasn't really available, they actually substituted a better one, just in the interest of getting the system shipped! They ate the extra $100 or so that it took to get it out to me.

After about a 2 weeks of use, the system stopped booting - it didn't even POST, actually. So, I talked to one of the techs, and we tried to fix it (I'm pretty good with computers) but I couldn't, so I sent it back. They replaced the defective part (the motherboard) under warranty and even reimburst my shipping cost to them.

I would highly recommend these guys, they know what they're doing, and they're straightforward if not always friendly on the phone. I'll be purchasing my next computer from this company, definitely.
